Shipping time typically takes 1-2 weeks. With every purchase, customers receive a tracking number when the order has been shipped as well as an estimate as to when their product will arrive. Your order can be tracked through the link in this email, and if you have further questions don't hesitate to contact.

Shipping is completely free in the United States! No need to worry about this extra cost. humane nature does not (yet) ship internationally.

• Packages are sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. *NOT APPLICABLE TO BEACH HARBOR CLUB FUNDRAISER

• *BEACH HARBOR CLUB FUNDRAISER - custom made items cannot be returned.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer exchanges and full refunds depending on your preference. Thank you for the support!
