deforestation is on the rise, affecting wildlife, ecosystems, weather patterns, and even the climate. forests cover about 30 percent of the planet's land mass, but with people cutting them down at such a rapid pace, and clearing these essential habitats on a massive scale, we have to ask, what can we do to help?

trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity. they also provide jobs to over 1.6 billion people, absorb harmful carbon from the atmosphere, and are key ingredients in 25% of all medicines.
