humane nature = to possess a compassionate nature

 

Hey there! My name's Lauren and welcome to humane nature apparel (or "hun" apparel for short). I'm so glad you've decided to check out the page and hang out for a lil. Hun apparel was created as a means to share my artwork and as an outlet to give back to the community as well. All designs are drawn by hand before going digital and uploaded to the site, and all photographs are moments in time captured by me. Creating my own business has been a dream of mine for quite some time now, and I'm so ecstatic to have the opportunity to combine my passions for the outdoors, photography, art, environmentalism and now entrepreneurship within my very own business. After lots of time and consideration - and blankly staring at the wall of my room in quarantine, I decided on the name humane nature because it encompassed the two things I am most passionate about - nature itself, and how having a compassionate nature towards others prevails over hate. Rather than focusing on human nature as a whole, I wanted my products to be focused around the good in people from small acts of kindness, to generous donations to a charity or event as well as simply spreading positivity into everyday life. I hope, if there is any message to take away from my page, it is that compassion triumphs hate. As Martin Luther King Jr. once stated "hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that." And thus humane nature was born.
